Returns policy
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
After this period, no refund or exchange can be made.
Return conditions
- The product must be new, unopened and unused
- The request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
- Photos of the unopened product are required for validation

Once the request is validated, we will provide you with the return address.
➡️ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Promotional products
Discounted or promotional items are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a defective product.
Defective products
If your product has a defect within 30 days of purchase, contact us providing:
- Your order number
- The name of the affected product
- A brief description of the problem
- Photos or a video clearly showing the defect
After validation, we will proceed with:
- a replacement of the product,
- or a full refund.
Lost or undelivered packages
If the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered but it has not been received, no refund can be issued.
If the package is lost during transit, a free replacement will be sent.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, a reshipping fee of €9 will apply.
If the package is returned for reasons beyond your control (customs, logistics incident, etc.), it will be reshipped at no additional cost.
Order cancellation
You can request the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period:
- If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery
- If you receive the package, you must follow the standard return procedure
Incorrect product received
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receipt, attaching:
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the SKU code on the packaging
- Photos of the product received and its packaging
After verification, a suitable solution will be offered to you promptly.
