1. Standard shipping times

Our delivery times may vary depending on the order's destination.

  • Spain: 6 to 12 business days
  • Europe: 6 to 15 business days
  • International destinations (including Latin America, South America and other countries outside Europe): 10 to 18 business days

These times are calculated from the order's shipping date and may vary slightly during periods of high demand.


2. Processing time

Processing your order usually takes 1 to 2 business days after payment validation.

During periods of high demand, shipping times may be extended by up to 7 additional days.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Note: Unforeseen delays may occur due to customs checks, weather conditions or high order volumes.

In the event of a delay, we recommend waiting 2 or 3 additional days, checking with your local post office, or writing to us at contact@nolynails.es


3. Shipping methods and costs

Standard shipping: free, with no minimum purchase

Premium shipping: available for €1.99, and includes:

  • priority dispatch,
  • real-time tracking,
  • and secure delivery.

All Nolynails orders are shipped with a tracking number, which you will automatically receive by email once your order has been dispatched.


4. Exceptional delays

Some deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond our control, such as:

  • customs checks,
  • adverse weather conditions,
  • or high logistics volumes.

If your order is delayed, please wait a few additional days.

5. Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

▸ Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. You can write to us within 24 hours of your purchase at contact@nolynails.es to request the change.

Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the address.


▸ What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Generally, the courier will leave your package in a safe place (mailbox, with a neighbor or at a pickup point).

If this isn't possible, you will receive a notification with instructions for a new delivery or pickup.

We recommend tracking your order via the tracking link sent by email.


▸ What do I do if my order is delayed or lost?

Delays may be due to customs processes, transport issues or external conditions.
